These terms govern your use of Handback, a service provided by Rad Soft, Inc.
Using Handback
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use Handback only for lawful recovery of private-carrier packages. You must be at least 13, and legally able to agree to these terms. We may require identity or address verification before allowing a package claim.
Private carriers only
Handback is not for U.S. Mail, letters, government correspondence, or other items handled by the United States Postal Service. If you find U.S. Mail, follow applicable postal instructions and law.
Your responsibilities
You may not use Handback to search for, track, harass, impersonate, deceive, or endanger another person. Do not upload illegal content, false package reports, malware, or material you do not have a lawful reason to handle. Do not bypass verification, claim limits, access controls, or security measures.
Package reports and content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Rad Soft, Inc. a limited license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and share that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Handback. You represent that your submission is accurate and lawful.
Handoffs and personal safety
Users are responsible for choosing whether, where, and how to complete a handoff. Prefer public locations, do not enter a stranger's home, and contact emergency services if you feel unsafe. Handback does not take custody of packages and is not a carrier, insurer, escrow service, or law-enforcement agency.
Conduct and reporting
Handoffs put you in contact with another person, so conduct matters. Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, impersonate, or endanger anyone; do not misrepresent a package or your identity; do not use Handback to obtain someone's address or to reach a person who has asked not to be matched with you.
You can report a user from the handoff at any time and choose not to be matched with them again. We review reports and may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, refuse future matches, and preserve records for safety and legal purposes. Reporting is not a substitute for emergency services — if you are in immediate danger, contact local authorities first.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, impose limits, or restrict access to protect users and the service. Matching, OCR, carrier data, notifications, identity checks, and location signals may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Termination
You may stop using Handback and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, safety concerns, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others.
Disclaimers
Handback is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Rad Soft, Inc. disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a package will be found, matched, returned, undamaged, or returned by a particular time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rad Soft, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost property, profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Handback. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
